Hey , my room is available for subletting! EVERYBODY IS WELCOME! The house is in the oude dijk area! We’re 5 person living in the house. 4 Portuguese and 1 Dutch. Everybody works full time so the house is quiet. We have a giant garden with a bbq spot, a statue and a little pond. I’ll be doing the viewings starting on Tuesday (25/11) The rent is 630€, this includes gas+electricity+internet+matress with pallets underneath + mini fridge + desk + cabinet for clothes.
