12 m² room in Tilburg

Hey, my room is available for subletting! EVERYONE IS WELCOME! The house is in the Oude Dijk area. There are 5 people living in the house: 4 Portuguese and 1 Dutch. Everyone works full-time, so the house is quiet. We have a large garden with a BBQ spot, a statue, and a small pond. I’ll be doing viewings starting on Tuesday (25/11). The rent is €630; this includes gas, electricity, internet, a mattress with pallets underneath, a mini fridge, a desk, and a wardrobe. Registration is not possible.
