12 m² room in Amsterdam

Hi everyone, I'm renting out a room from April 1st. The apartment is on the 9th floor in Zuid-Oost, close to Ganzenhoef metro station. The apartment is 101 m² and the room is around 12 m². Two people (including me) live in the apartment. The area is quiet and green. It's a 20-minute metro ride to the city center. It has lovely parks and great views. Rent is €1,050; deposit €2,100.
