Hello I'm renting out a room from 1st April. The apartment is on a 9th floor in Zuid-Oost close to Ganzenhoef metro station. The apartment is 101 m2 and the room is around 12 m2. Two people (including me) are living in the apartment. This area is quiet and green. it's a 20-minute metro ride to center. it has amazing parks and great views.There are supermarkets and shops within a 5-minute walk.
