Kamer in Rotterdam

I am going on exchange, so I am looking for someone who wants to sub-rent my room for period AprilJanuary 2027. The rent is around 1008 monthly depending on use of utilities (the price includes utilities). You will have your own room but the flat is shared with two flatmates. The flat is 17 min walking distance from Rotterdam Central Station and 8 min walk from Eendrachtsplein. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe). The registration is not possible.
