Kamer in Rotterdam

Hi!! I'm looking for a person that can live in the studio that I'm living now before I leave. The studio would be available probably around January-February. Asap or by dm I can be more specific. The only condition is pay for all the furniture (1500€) and 2 months of the deposit. The studio has a little balcony and have a lot of natural light.
