Hello! Two rooms are available for rent from May until January. The rent is €460 per month. The house is a houseboat located in the city center. It features a shared living room and a 360° rooftop terrace. Both rooms are furnished with a shelf, desk, and queen-size bed. The boat is very centrally located: a 3-minute walk to Grote Markt, a 7-minute walk to Noorderplantsoen, and 5 minutes to the library.
