Hey everyone! I’m subletting my upper studio in Amsterdam Centre, available from January 5th. The rent is €1,600 per month The studio is fully independent and is unfurnished. The deposit is €3,200 (2 months) plus the first month’s rent. There’s a minimum stay of 12 months. Please note that registration is not possible.
