34 m² kamer in Breda

Nice room in the dr Struyckenplein area of 34m2. Own kitchen in the room and a toilet on the hallway. We are a family of 4 living upstairs. We usually don’t use the toilet downstairs since we have our own toilet upstairs but it happens sometimes on our way out. Washing and showering happens in the shared bathroom on the 3rd floor. Also an office room is free to use on your own floor. The backside garden is pretty chill too (see pictures). No smoking inside!! Supermarket at the end of the street. Centre is 7 minutes by bike or a 15m walk....
