30 m² kamer in Breda

Hi (girls only) I’m looking for someone to subrent my room from 01/02/2026 till 30/06/2026. The rent is 640€ per month, excluding gas, water etc. You will be living with 5 lovely girls and the house is located near Dr. Struyckenplein. There are a lot of shops around, like kruidvat and jumbo. You have a bus stop right in front of the house and it takes only takes around 15 mins to get to the university (Avans or Buas).
