20m2 room already available in my house in Maastricht. It has its own kitchenette and the bathroom (very big) is to share just with me (the owner). The house is 15 minutes by bike (Google maps. 10 minutes according to the actual tenant). It has free parking. The rent is €700 (WGEI incl.).
