I am looking for someone who can take over my rental contract and the apartment where I currently live in. The 70sqm apartment is very modern. It has one bedroom, one spacious living room and a balcony. It is located in NDSM area, right next to the ferry. Good for singles and couples. My current lease expires in August, however the contract is indefinite after that. However I need to move out in April, that's why I am looking for a substitute.
