18 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi all! I’m subletting my room in a shared apartment starting June 14th- September 6th (12 weeks with extension possible). The price is €850pm with a deposit of one months rent (850). The room is 18sqm with a large balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with two people. AH, Dirk and Lidl are all located within a 2 minute walk and the station is a 5 min bike ride with a direct train to Amsterdam Centraal, registration not possible.
