Hello All, I'm looking for a flatmate to take over my roommate's half of the contract for this lovely apartment in the Schinkelbuurt (right by the Etos and Wakuli). The rent is approximately 1,500 per month per person. This is all inclusive (electricity, water, wifi, + the expected taxes). I will happily breakdown the cost for you to see it clearly.
