12 m² kamer in Tilburg

Hi, I am moving out in June, and I am looking for someone to take over my contract. July-Dec. The room can only be rented until December, when the building is being renovated. The room is by Westermarkt, which is by bike 3 min to the Uni train station, 8 minutes to the University and 15 min to the city center. The rent is 408 eu all included. The deposit to the landlord is 750eu. Another term is that you must take over the furniture for 700eu, (i bought it for 1000). It includes the bed, a night table, a work table with two chairs...
