The rent is 400€ all inclusive (no registration from this period, but possible after June). It is a girls house (dutch and international). The house has 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 big backyard. It is 5min with a bike to a mall with Albert Heijn/ Jumbo/ Aldi. And less than 15 min with bike to the city centre.
