12 m² kamer in Maastricht

We are looking for 2 new housemates (female only!) to take over our rooms in a shared house starting from 1 July 2026. Room 1: The room is about 12 square meters big and has a large window. It's on the first floor. The room comes unfurnished but there is a possibility to take over some of my furniture (only if wished). Room 2: The room is a little bit bigger and comes furnished. That's why the rent for this room is EUR 490. On the ground floor is a big shared living and dining room and a big kitchen. There is also an outdoor area.
