12 m² kamer in Maastricht

(For students only) Hey there, my room is available from now on. It's 15 minutes from the School of Business and Economics or Vrijthot. The rent is €400 all-inclusive, and the security deposit is €700. The house is located in Veldwezelt, a few meters outside the border of Maastricht, over the Belgian border eg. (Kiezelweg 274) The current lease runs until July 31st. A cleaning service comes once a week to take care of the hallways, etc., and the trash. There are 4 other students living in the hallway, and 15 people in the entire house....
