Hi! My room will be available on an indefinite contract starting February 24. Located in the Diephuisstraat, very close to the center in a calm and safe neighborhood, 2 mins walk from the bus stop, 3 to Albert Heijn/Lidl. The room is about 12m2, and I'm selling my furniture (couch, shelf, bed, desk), whoever buys my stuff will get the contract. Rent is around 500 p/m, all-in, viewing is possible.
