I am looking for someone to take over my contract, the room will be available starting from May 13th. The room is located in HanenberglandenED. The cost of rent is 495 euro per month ( all bills are included). You will live with 3 flatmates. 5 minutes by bike from WKC stroinkslanden where you can find ALDI, and Albert Hajien, 15 minutes by bike to Enschede city centre. 15 Minutes by bike to Saxion, and 30 minutes by bike to UT. A contract is available, and you can register the address at the municipality.
