12 m² kamer in Eindhoven

Hi everyone, I am moving out of the shared apartment I was living at, in Eindhoven. I need someone to rent my room ASAP starting 1st of February. Rent is 650€ excluding water, gas, electricity and wifi. The location is good, shops are 3 minutes away, 2 bus stops close by as well.
