12 m² kamer in Arnhem

Hi! I’m moving so my old will be available! Its 12m2 for €525 including g/w/e and internet. You will be sharing the house with 1 student and 2 working male tenants (male tenants only). The shower and toilet is shared, but the kitchen will only be shared with 1 of the tenants. It’s in the neighborhood zeegsingel which is 10-15 minutes from the Central Station by bike/bus.
