12 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hey hey, I'm moving to a new house in December and my roommate (tenant) who is responsible for renting the room hasn't found anyone yet. The house is located 1 minute from vondelpark, about 10 minutes from museumplein by foot. If the person entering doesn't have furniture I can sell mine (less things to have to move to the new place hahaha) The rent I pay now is around 1150 but the landlord will increase in January (slightly from what I heard).
