12 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi everyone ! Room available in Amsterdam-Nord from January for 3 months minimum. I am going travelling for a few months so I am looking for a reliable, caring, and respectful person to rent my cozy and beautiful room from January (exact date is flexible) for 3months minimum with possibility of 1 month extension for €800 (all expenses included). The house is a beautiful two-floor home that you will share only with one person. It’s a space I truly care for, so I’m hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same love and respect.
