12 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi all! My roommate is moving out of our cozy flat in Oud West, next to De Hallen and the Ten Katemarkt. She is leaving in December but will be on the contract until January 1st, which means the first month will be a sublet and after that there’ll be a change of tenant on the contract. Resgistration is possible and it is an indefinite contract! Rent is 1289 + 100 utilities +- per month I’m also looking to move out eventually to a cheaper place so if anyone has any leads please let me know!
