10 m² kamer in Maastricht

Hello, I am leaving my room, starting from 1st of June, I am currently paying 475€ per month (all inclusive). It’s located behind the train station, only 10min walking (a Jumbo and a Kuidvat is only 5min walking) The bathroom and kitchen are shared with two other people. It has washing machine and the kitchen has everything you need. I will give this room only with the furniture: bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe; everything for 250€ (as good as new, only six months of use)
