10 m² kamer in Amsterdam

Hi everyone, From 1 February, I am looking for a roommate for a room in Amsterdam East, in the Indische Buurt (1095 JA). The room is approximately 10 m² and has a private balcony of about 4 m². The apartment has a total surface area of 64 m², and from 1 February I will be the only other resident. The room is furnished. The apartment has a separate bathroom and toilet.
