Hey I am looking for a new tenant for my studio, starting from February. It is 32 square meters and fully furnished. 5min walk to Lidl and Hema. 8min bike to the the train station. It is located in Maarssen, Utrecht. Monthly rent is 1000 euros including all utilities (water, electricity, WIFI). The current tenant is an asshole who makes me have to searching for a new one asap. The rental period is from February to April. If anyone is interested, please dm me immediately before Feb 1.
