1 kamer appartement in Maastricht

Hey everyone, I am moving out of my studio on May 5th and help to find a new tenant. It has a private bathroom, toilet and kitchen. Is right across the border to Maastricht. -14 min by bike to the city faculties -around 15 min to the city centre by bus -costs: 425€ a month -deposit: 1000€ -7 min walk to the bus stop -> some of the furniture must be kept just like the bed, since it is from the renter.
