Room in The Hague

Hii everyone, I’m moving out of my room and I’m helping my landlord finding someone to take over my contract. It’s a room in a big house with a large wardrobe, also with a big living room and kitchen along with a backyard. Very cute house shared with 2 other roommates. Rent is around 800 and registration is of course possible. Move in is May and furniture is included as shown in the picture. Location is also 10min tram from KABK in laak. Feel free to dm :))
