Room in Rotterdam

Looking for a roommate in Rotterdam! Two rooms apartment, 8 min tram to Centraal and 5 min bike to the center. There’s a third room we use for storage / wardrobe. Supermarket and gym 1 min walking, permanent contract (with registration) and rent with all expenses included is EUR 950. The room will be available from June 1st or a week earlier if needed, you’d be sharing it with me Italian, 31 year old, working in communication.
