Room available in Maastricht – Malpertuis I am Pieter, 23 years old, and together with a friend I have found a house in Malpertuis. We are both starting a master’s degree at the SBE of Maastricht University. From August 1, 2026, there are 2 rooms available that belong together. The rental period is 1 year, with the option to extend. Rent is €500 per person per month excluding utilities. The house has solar panels, so energy costs are probably low.
