Room in Maastricht

Hi everyone! I am moving out of Maastricht next year, so my room will be available from July 1st. The room is part of a house shared with 7 other lovely housemates, located right next to Emmaplein. Rent is €685 per month (all-inclusive). The only conditions are that you must buy all the furniture and be enrolled at Zuyd or Maastricht University.
