The room would be first be subrented from 1 June till 31 July for 575€. From 1 August onwards you get a yearly contract. The room is furnished with a closet, fridge, chair, desk and a bed. You share the kitchen and the bathroom with 6 other people, 4 girls and 2 boys. It is very chill in the house and also very respectful and quiet.
