Room in Maastricht

Hi, I am a 20-year old, second year student at Maastricht University. A room in my two-bedroom apartment will be available from 1st of August / mid-July till the end of January, since my roommate is going on an exchange. Therefore, I am looking for a female roommate. The apartment is in the centre, close to Markt (Boschstraat). It is fully furnished, with a nice bathroom and a big kitchen/living room. Rent is ~800€/month (utilities included).
