Hi everyone!! A student room is available from April 15 (girls only). The rent is 594 euros (utilities included) (plus furniture for 150 euros and the deposit for 512 euros). You will be living with other 2 girls and 2 guys and the house has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer as well as garden and a shed for bikes. The room is located in Paddepoel, 5 min from Zernike and 15 min from the city centre by bike.
