Room in Amsterdam

The rent is 1,288 (we can reduce it to 1,250) by choosing a cheaper utilities package. There are two rooms: one with a window and one without. The room with the window is mine, but it develops a lot of mold and is very cold. Your room has a glass panel that lets light in from my room, but it doesn’t get as cold and doesn’t develop mold like mine (it takes months and months).
