Room in Maastricht

Hey everyone! I wanted to let you know that the place I currently live in is up for rent starting from July (with rent due at the end of June). It's a great apartment with 3 rooms on the same floor, a bathroom, and a kitchen. Additionally, there's a studio on the lower floor (2nd floor) which has its own kitchen and bathroom. All the rooms are furnished with beds, closets, tables, etc. The total rent for all 4 rooms (including the studio) is 3650, which includes service costs (G/W/E).
