Hello! This is a sublet located directly near Westerpark available for the entire month of February. (Move in on January 31st, and can be a few days sooner if needed). The price is 1450 and includes all utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, everything). It will be completely furnished. It is more or less a studio but there is a door to the kitchen that can close. A washer for laundry is included, but the oven and dishwasher do not work.
