9 m² room in Amsterdam

Live in a new-build in Amsterdam North and be in the city center within 20 minutes. We are looking for 1 new housemate (female, 23+ & Dutch-speaking) who can move in on February 1 or mid-February! Exact date negotiable. The house has all conveniences, including: 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, roof terrace(!!), dishwasher, open-plan kitchen with island, washing machine.
