9 m² room in Utrecht

Hello everyone, I'm Louis and I am renting out my room in Utrecht for 1 month or possibly 2 months. The months would be between July and August. The room is furnished and is about 9m2 and the rent is 495 excluding costs. Gas/electricity cost 56,8 and wifi+water are 21,5.
