80 m² room in Enschede

Hi. I'm giving up my room in this great apartment in the center of Enschede where I've lived for three years, as I am planning to move to Germany in April. You would be sharing the flat with my wonderful roommate, who is very easygoing and a great cook. The room is fully furnished. Furthermore, there are some appliances and furniture in the common area that I shared with my roommate, including sofas, a table, chairs, multiple cupboards, and a washing machine. The room is about 13 square meters.
