8 m² room in Maastricht

I'm looking for someone to take over my room on Meerssenerweg from 1st July. It's located near the train station, close to Albert Heijn. The city centre is 8 mins by bike. The room has a small kitchen (sink, 2 electric hobs, fridge+freezer, storage). Washing machine, dryer, bathroom and toilet is shared with 6 people and the rent is 495 all bills included. There is a mandatory takeover fee for the furniture. If you are interested let me know asap so we can organise a viewing
