Around December 2026 I will have a room available for rent. 519 per month including electricity and gas connection, BSGW and VVE. Only a fair share of the energy consumption to pay in addition. Condominium is 3 bedroom, the spare room is 4m x 3m. Condo is 6th floor, lift is OK. Planning to refresh bathroom and kitchen in next few years.
