7 m² room in Utrecht

We have a room for rent in our house from Jany 7th until the end of June. We will be gone February and March. No registration possible. €700/month inlcudes all, it has a bed closet and desk. all else is shared. 10 min west of central by bike. Ideally single woman prefered. but will consider couples.
