7 m² room in Enschede

We are looking for a new roommate for our apartment on Rembrandtlaan in Enschede. Our youngest housemate is moving out of his room. This room is 7m^2 and has a balcony and curtains. About us: There are 3 of us, all (Master and/or PhD) students at the UT, aged between 24 and 28. We consist of 1 Dutch person and 2 Chinese. Our house is very quiet and we usually eat separately.
