7 m² room in Enschede

We are looking for a new roommate for our apartment on Rembrandtlaan in Enschede. Our youngest housemate is moving out of his room. This room is 7m^2 and has a balcony and curtains. About us: There are three of us, all (Master’s and/or PhD) students at the UT and we are between 24 and 28 years old. We consist of 1 Dutch person and 2 Chinese. Our house is very quiet and we usually eat separately. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared and cleaned according to the cleaning schedule.
