7 m² room in Tilburg

Hello, I will be subletting my semi-studio in Tilburg from August until mid-December. The room includes its own kitchen (stove, sink, fridge, and mini oven), but the toilets and showers are shared with the other 7 people living in the house. The location is very convenient, just 5 minutes from the train station and the city center, and 15-20 minutes by bike to the university. The price is 800 euros per month, with utilities included.
