Internationals Welcome!! My room will be available fron the 1st of July. The house is located in paddepoel which is 7 minutes away from the Zernike campus and 5 from the supermarkets/shopping centre. The house includes a living room and a small garden. It also includes a kitchen and 2 toilets shared among the other 3 roommates. The rent is 650 including all utilities like internet washing machine light and water. Registration is not possible.
