We are looking for neat, responsible tenants for a room in a shared house. We do not have an age limit but rather value the attitude of the tenants. We select only neat, tidy, and organized tenants who take good care of the furnishings and are considerate towards their housemates. Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets for the time being.
